Data and collection methods

Contact and project forms may include your name, telephone number, email address, city/district, application area, approximate area, existing surface, planned timing and message, as provided by you. Email subscription involves your email address and subscription permission records.

Data is collected electronically through forms and messages you send by email or WhatsApp. Project forms prepare an email or WhatsApp draft; we receive it when you send it through the relevant application. Subscription requests are sent through the server. Technical server logs may be processed for operation and security of the infrastructure.

Purposes and legal grounds

Contact, projects and quotations: We respond to requests, assess suitable products and applications and prepare quotations. Where directly related to entering into or performing a contract, Article 5(2)(c) of Law No. 6698 applies. Other enquiry management relies on legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f), provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not prejudiced.

Legal obligations and disputes: Where the relevant conditions exist, Articles 5(2)(ç) and 5(2)(e) apply.

Product and campaign emails: These rely on your separate, explicit subscription consent under Article 5(1). Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you. Declining marketing does not prevent access to contact or quotation services.

Analytics cookies: These operate only when you allow analytics, relying on your explicit consent. See the Cookie Policy. Reading this notice or using the website does not constitute consent.

Recipients and service providers

Your request may be handled by authorised staff and, where necessary, email, hosting and technical infrastructure providers. Disclosure to authorised public bodies and legal advisers takes place only where the applicable legal conditions are met.

The current subscription workflow sends your email address to the subscription service at mikrobetonzemin.com to deliver the request. Using WhatsApp or social media links also involves the relevant platform’s own data practices. Google Analytics is used if you allow analytics.

Services outside Türkiye

Using global services such as Google Analytics and WhatsApp may involve processing in systems outside Türkiye. The providers publish their own privacy information. Cookie or communication preferences do not replace the international transfer conditions under Article 9 of Law No. 6698; the transfer arrangement for these services must also be considered under that Article.

Retention and withdrawal

Retention of enquiry and communication records is limited by the nature of the request, business relationship, applicable legal duties and protection of rights. When processing conditions no longer exist, applicable deletion, destruction or anonymisation rules apply. Browser storage and cookie periods are described separately in the Cookie Policy.

To withdraw email subscription permission, send an unsubscribe request to info@concretta.com. You can change analytics permission through Cookie Settings. Withdrawal does not retrospectively affect earlier lawful processing.

Your rights and requests

Under Article 11, you may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about processing, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, learn domestic or overseas recipients, and request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data. Where the conditions apply, you may request deletion or destruction and notification of correction/deletion to recipients, object to an adverse outcome based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You may apply to the company in writing or by other methods recognised under Turkish law. You may email info@concretta.com from an address previously supplied to us and recorded in our systems. Information necessary to verify your identity may be requested. Applications are handled as soon as possible and within 30 days, subject to any statutory fee provisions.
