MICRO CONCRETE PRICE PER M² AND APPLICATION COST

Are you considering Concretta for a residential or commercial project and looking for an idea of microcement pricing?

Unlike products with a fixed square-metre price, the price of micro concrete supplied with application depends on a number of factors. To provide an accurate price per square metre, we generally need to work from drawings. Current micro concrete material and application pricing varies according to total area, existing substrate, preparation requirements, detailing and project conditions. For an accurate quotation, please contact us with drawings or with measurements and photographs. The supply and installation cost of Concretta and related consumables varies by project.

We do not have a fixed bag price for micro concrete. Pricing is calculated per square metre and packaging is prepared according to the number of square metres required.

The reason for the broad price range is that several different factors affect the final micro concrete price. These include:

1. Application area

2. Total area size

3. Existing surface and surface preparation

4. Complexity

Below we review each of the factors that influence microcement pricing for Concretta.

MICRO CONCRETE APPLICATION AND PRICING

1. Application area:

Where would you like Concretta to be applied?

The installation price varies according to the area in which Concretta is being applied.

Concretta can be used on interior and exterior floors, walls, ceilings and furniture.

2. Total area size:

What is the size of the area requiring Concretta?

Concretta finishes are applied by hand on site. For applied Concretta work, our minimum project size is 12 m². In general, the larger the area, the greater the potential discount from the list price per square metre.

3. Surface preparation:

What is the existing substrate over which Concretta will be applied? Because different surfaces require different preparation methods, the substrate affects the installation price. For example, when applying over concrete we generally need to lightly grind the substrate before Concretta is applied directly over it.

When installing the product in a wet area such as a bathroom, however, an additional substrate treatment may be required to minimise the risk of cracking caused by movement. The same applies when installing over tiles, because additional preparation is needed to ensure that the tiled surface is smooth, stable and ready for Concretta.

Complexity:

Is the area where Concretta will be installed complex?

When installing Concretta in small areas such as showers, around niches or over joinery elements, the workmanship can be highly detailed and complex. This increases installation time and therefore cost. Complex areas are also often smaller, which means the micro concreteprice per square metre is generally higher.
